⚙ Battery saving technology

Our device turns on and remains in standby fully automatically, does not require switching on a special button or re-plugging it each time. Thanks to the use of special technology, you can leave the device plugged into the OBD2 socket of your car without harming the battery.

The OBD2 socket requires up to 4128 bytes to be able to communicate with some long data frames. The buffer memory size of our interface is 8192 bytes.

The interface is used to support Ford, Mazda, Lincoln and Mercury cars.

It supports 99% of models after 2000 and about 92% of models after 1996.

NOTE: The new 2019+ Mazda 3 and CX-30 models are not yet supported.

For new cars from 2021, FORSCan may offer limited capabilities.

Vgate vLinker FS Bluetooth is a robust diagnostic interface, based on a 32-bit processor, which can be used not only with 12V, but also 24V.

It has an automatic electronic switch that allows FORScan to access all CAN buses at the same time, so that the user is able to use the most advanced functions of the program, which is not possible with devices with a manual switch.
