Vitamin B6 contributes to the maintenance of normal energy metabolism.
BETA-ALANINE POWDER is recommended in all sports, both aerobic and anaerobic.
The product is intended for people with increased physical activity.
The portion of the product recommended for consumption during the day is 4,5 g.
How to use:
Dissolve a single portion of the product – 1,5 g (2 scoops) in 100 ml of water. Use 3 servings per day.
On training days: the first portion in the morning after waking up, the second portion 30 minutes before training, the third portion immediately after training.
On non-workout days: the first portion in the morning after waking up, the second portion between meals, the third portion before bedtime.
Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.

Ingredients:
53 % beta-alanine, maltodextrin, acidity regulator (citric acid), flavourings, sweetener (sucralose), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), beet juice concentrate for grapefruit and watermelon flavour, 0,001 % pyridoxine hydrochloride.
The product may contain: milk, soya, cereals containing gluten, fish, molluscs and peanuts.
It contains a sweetener.
