BETA-ALANINE SPORT DOSAGE

Dissolve a single portion of the product – 1,5 g (2 scoops) – in 100 ml of water. Use 3 servings per day.

On training days: the first portion in the morning after waking up, the second portion 30 minutes before training, the third portion immediately after training.

On non-workout days: the first portion in the morning after waking up, the second portion between meals, the third portion before bedtime.

Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
