Beta-alanine, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, L-ascorbic acid, or vitamin C, filler: starch, sweetener: sucralose, pyridoxine hydrochloride, or vitamin B6, dye.

Method of use

IronFlex specialists recommend taking 0,95 g of the product, i.e. 1 scoop, dissolved in about 200 ml of water. Use 3 times a day with meals or before workouts.
