MikroTik cAP LTE12 ax is an efficient access point with a very aesthetic appearance for ceiling installation. In high-traffic areas, traditional access points can face numerous obstacles - devices can be knocked over, lost or even stolen.

cAP offers a simple yet effective solution: mounting the access point on the ceiling. This method of installation not only physically raises the device, but also ensures optimal signal distribution, minimizes interference caused by obstacles and reduces the risk of theft.

MikroTik cAP LTE12 ax has a two-band radio module, which can work simultaneously in the band 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, supporting the latest standard 802.11ax and older. The built-in antenna provides strong 360-degree coverage around the device, so you don't have to worry so much about device placement. Placing it on the ceiling eliminates many signal absorption problems, such as signal blocking by large TVs, metal cabinet walls in open space offices, etc.

Thanks to Wi-Fi 6, you can fully exploit the potential of the fast LTE CAT12 600 Mb/s modem. Compared to previous generations, we are dealing with up to 40% higher speeds in the 5 GHz band and up to 90% higher speeds in the 2,4 GHz band.

In addition, Wi-Fi 6 offers much better power efficiency and security. IE/WPA3-PSK/WPA3-EAP encryption and management frame protection help prevent all kinds of attacks, such as brute-forcing and Deauthentication Attacks.
