FitMax® BCAA +Glutamine (powder) is a dietary supplement supplementing the diet with branched chain amino acids (BCAA - L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine) and L-glutamine. The product is intended for physically active people, in order to supplement the diet with selected components.
How to use: 1 serving (9 g powder – 1/2 scoop included in the package) dissolve in 250 ml of water and drink 1-2 times a day: before a meal or before training or after training or before bedtime. The recommended portion for consumption during the day is 18 g. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. Do not consume by children, pregnant women and during lactation.
