BCAA 20k is a technologically advanced set of branched chain amino acids.

Each serving provides 10 000 mg of BCAA mixture in a ratio of 8:1:1 and 4 000 mg of L-glutamine and glutamine precursors in the form of a tasty, easily soluble drink powder.

We have improved this unique BCAA blend even more, enriching it with alanine and glycine, which convert glucose into energy and play a role in the proper functioning of the muscular, nervous and digestive systems, while affecting the immunity, structure and protection of muscle tissue.

This precisely selected set of amino acids is able to reduce catabolism by up to 80%, preserving L-leucine in muscle cells, and prevents muscle mass from contracting, while supporting muscle development and anabolic processes even at high levels of cortisol.

Recommended use: Measure with the included measuring cup a portion of 8,3 g (1/2 scoop) and mix thoroughly with approx. 220 ml of water. Drink before or during training. The best effect is achieved by drinking one more portion just after training or at another time of the day, on an empty stomach.
