BALSAM JEROZOLIMSKI® FORTE is a dietary supplement.

This unique formula contains eleven carefully selected herbs enriched with L-ascorbic acid (Vitamin C).

Created by the Brothers Hospitallers of St. John of God (Bonifraters), the Vitamin C in this supplement supports the proper functioning of the immune system.

Ingredients: Sucrose, water, Extractum compositum Balsam Jerozolimski – a complex extract of: black elderflower (sambuci flos), linden flower (tiliae flos), mullein flower (verbasci flos), chamomile flower (matricariae flos), Iceland moss thallus (lichen islandicus), thyme herb (thymi herba), and lemon balm herb (melissae herba), myrrh extract (commiphora myrrha), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), Scots pine bud extract (pini silvestris gemmae), dry pelargonium extract (pelargonium sidoides), coltsfoot extract (tussilago farfara), preservative: potassium sorbate, acidity regulator: citric acid, xanthan gum.

Suggested Use and Recommended Daily Dose: Children over 12 years: 5 ml three times a day. Adults: 10 ml three times a day.
