Solid Mass is a gainer carbohydrate-protein supplement designed for intensively training athletes whose goal is to increase body weight. The formula contains short-, medium- and long-chain carbohydrates and whey protein concentrate.

The product is a source of protein, which contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. The composition was additionally supplemented with a complex of vitamins.

Method of use

Dissolve a single portion of the product – 100 g (3,5 scoops) in 250 ml of water or milk, using a shaker or mixer. Use 4 servings per day.

On training days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion up to 1,5 hours after training, other portions between meals.

On non-workout days: I portion in the morning after waking up, the remaining portions between meals.

The recommended portion for consumption during the day is 400 g. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
