Mass XXL is a gainer nutrient that combines carbohydrates derived from maltodextrin and dextrose with whey protein concentrate. The product allows you to conveniently increase the supply of energy, carbohydrates and protein in your daily diet.

One recommended daily dose of the product provides 207,95 g of carbohydrates and 53,27 g of protein. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and helps maintain healthy bones.

The formula is complemented by a complex of vitamins, including vitamins C, E, B6 and B12, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, folic acid and biotin. Allergens: Contains MILK and BARLEY (GLUTEN). The product may contain SOYA, FISH and PEANUTS.

Method of use

Dissolve a single portion of the product – 70 g (3 scoops) – in 200 ml of water or milk, using a shaker or mixer. Use 4 servings per day.

On training days: the first portion should be consumed in the morning after waking up, the second one up to 1,5 hours after training, and the remaining portions between meals.

On non-workout days: consume the first portion in the morning after waking up, and the remaining portions between meals.

The recommended portion of the product for consumption during the day is 280 g. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
