Method of use

Preparation method: mix 1 flat scoop (12,5 g powder) daily in 125 ml of low-fat milk (1,5% fat) or 100 ml of water. It is recommended to prepare a drink with milk as an evening meal. We also recommend using a shaker.

Tip: Pay attention to a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The content of trace amounts of gluten and lupine cannot be excluded.
