Dosage Mass XXL 3000g Trec:

Dissolve a single portion of the preparation – 70 g (3 scoops) in 200 ml of water or milk, using a shaker or mixer. Depending on the demand, 3 to 4 servings per day should be used. On training days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion up to 1,5 hours after training, other portions between meals. On non-workout days: I portion in the morning after waking up, the remaining portions between meals.
