Ingredients:

Pea protein (EU), oat protein (EU), aroma, blueberry powder, dye (beet red), sweetener (steviol glycosides from stevia), salt. Pea and oat protein contains sweeteners: *Steviol glycosides from stevia.

Recommended dosage: Take 1-2 servings per day. Mix 1 serving (1 heaping scoop 16 g, equivalent to 2 tablespoons) with 2-3 dl of water in a shaker. During intense training, the dose can be increased to 3 scoops. The amount of water can be changed depending on the desired consistency.
