The portion of the product recommended for consumption during the day is 90 g.

How to use:
- Dissolve a single portion of the product – 30 g (2 scoops) in 200 ml of water or milk, using a shaker or mixer. Use 3 servings per day.
- On training days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion up to 1,5 hours. after training and III portion before bedtime.
- On non-workout days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion between meals and III portion before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
