KFD Premium WPC 82 is a high quality, instantized whey protein concentrate (WPC), characterized by very good solubility and no excessive foam after preparation. The product is made by ultrafiltration process, which effectively separates fats and sugars from protein, ensuring high purity of the raw material.
It contains about 80% protein in dry matter (some batches reach up to 83 to 84%), which puts it at the level of many isolates available on the market.
