Recommended use
Mix 25 g of powder with 200 ml or 350 ml2 of water in a shaker bottle. (2For greater dilution, the ready-to-eat product does not contain lactose).
On training days, you should consume 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving immediately after training.
On rest days, take 1 serving in the afternoon.
