Method of use

Mix 1 serving of powder (22 g, or 1 scoop or 2 heaping spoons) with 250 ml of water. Use a shaker to conveniently mix the supplement. If you have a training day, drink 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving immediately after the exercise. On non-workout days, use 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening.
