Vilgain Plant Based Protein faithfully reproduces the spectrum of amino acids of high-quality animal proteins, but of course completely from plant sources - specifically from peas and brown rice. None of these plant proteins are complete in themselves. Pea protein has a low methionine content but high lysine, while the opposite is true of brown rice protein. Despite the precise combination of peas and rice in a 5:1 ratio, the protein was missing methionine, so we added an extra portion of this essential amino acid.

In one 30g measuring cup you will find 25g of vegetable protein with all the necessary, semi-essential and irrelevant amino acids in the perfect proportion.

The protein has a pleasant sweetness despite its very low sugar content, thanks to steviol glycosides from the stevia plant. There's just enough stevia, so you don't have to worry about any bitter aftertaste.

The last two ingredients are a natural thickener (xanthan gum) and natural vanilla flavoring, which give the protein a better texture, consistency, and aroma. It also dissolves perfectly and doesn't create dust. Just a few shakes in a shaker and you have a smooth, lump-free protein drink ready.
