Whether you operate a city car, station wagon, van or a small bus – thanks to longitudinally adjustable platforms lifting all vehicles weighing up to 3000 kg can be safely lifted by the thresholds. Thanks to this, the Kroemer X40 scissor lift is one of the most popular models designed to handle vans and multi-passenger vehicles. Its design has been checked thousands of times during daily workshop work.

Built-in Assist Mechanism for Sports Vehicles

Every mechanic knows the situation: a car with low suspension can't be lifted in the standard way. Kroemer has solved this problem with a practical assist mechanism that allows the vehicle to be lifted directly from zero position.

Additionally, this mechanism acts as a shock absorber for lifting platforms. This prevents sudden impacts and noise when lowering the lift.

One of the biggest advantages of the X40 model is its very low approach height of just 105 mm.

This allows for easy handling of sports cars, vehicles with lowered suspension, and cars with low ground clearance.

Mobility and space saving

Thanks to the flat design of the shears, the Kroemer X40 takes up very little space when lowered.

The included mobile kit (Mobilkit) allows you to easily move the lift around the garage or workshop and rotate it up to 360°. The set also includes a mobile hydraulic unit with a control panel.

Heavy-duty inrun platforms

The lift is equipped with extremely robust overrun platforms made of 8 mm thick sheet metal. Thanks to this, it can easily cope with almost any vehicle.

For comparison – many competing models use platforms with a thickness of only 5 mm.

Professional security solutions

Safety ratchets have been installed directly at the hydraulic cylinders, in accordance with the solutions used in professional workshop lifts.

In addition, a unique three-sided protection is used, which protects the guides from shifting even in extreme working conditions.

In the case of mounting the lift in the floor or above the workshop channel, it is possible to disassemble the synchronization beam.

Reinforced design for SUV vehicles

The new reinforced design of the movable shears also makes the X40 perfect for SUVs.

Compared to the previous version, the structure was significantly stiffened, and the weight of the lift increased by 117 kg, reaching a total of 637 kg.

Intelligent warning system

The X40 scissor lift is equipped with two limit switches:

• The upper circuit breaker acts as a protection against excessive pressure and protects the lift structure.
• The lower switch protects the operator and activates the CE Stop warning signal only for the last 3 seconds of the 10-second lowering cycle.

Thanks to this, the working environment remains much quieter than with most competing lifts, which emit an audible signal throughout the entire time of leaving.

High-quality hydraulic cylinders

Only high-quality hydraulic cylinders with hard chrome piston rods are used in Kroemer, manufactured by specialized manufacturers.

This translates to:

• less failure rate,
• lower operating costs,
• reducing the need for servicing,
• longer life of the device.

Important information

In order to ensure trouble-free operation of the scissor lift and to avoid damage to vehicles, the height of the room should be at least:

• 3200 mm for standard scissor lifts,
• 3500 mm for low lift scissor lifts.

The required height depends on the type of vehicle and the maximum lift height.

Delivery and Unloading

A forklift, unloading ramp, or any additional equipment is not required to receive the lift.
