AUTOMATIC

The TL0008 model is equipped with stiffer columns of changed shape.

In the cross-section, the column is bent in 10 places (in standard lifts, 4 to 6 bends are most often used)

In the TL0008 lift, the columns can be positioned asymmetrically at an angle of 30º.

The main advantage of the asymmetrical setting is the ability to point the front and rear arms at one side of the column. This arrangement greatly facilitates the work and reduces the time of putting and removing arms from under the car. In addition, the asymmetrical positioning of the columns allows for wider opening of the vehicle door.

The lift is equipped with extra long arms with a 3-section telescopic design. The shortest arm spacing (650mm) allows lifting small passenger vehicles. Maximum arm spacing (1890mm) is essential for stable positioning and safe handling of long vans.

The standard equipment of the lift includes a set of distances with a height of 80mm. They are necessary when operating vans with tarpaulin, and off-road cars lifted by the frame. The supports placed under the vehicle are twisted and fastened with a latch to the arms and distances.

Automatic lift

The advantage of the automatic lift is convenient control of the lifting and lowering process with a lever, without the need to manually release the locks at each column. The solution reduces the handling time of the lift, because the employee does not have to go to the other side of the vehicle to unprotect the locks. The automatic AMT lever is not only used to lift and lower vehicles, but at the same time releases safety locks.

Security

The safety latch system activates automatically when lifting the car. In addition, the limit switch stops the lifting process when the lift reaches its maximum height. The limit switch is also installed in the lowest position of the lift trucks, thanks to which the overload of the hydraulic system has been reduced to a minimum. Additionally, the lift trolleys are equipped with rubber protection to protect the vehicle door from damage. The lift is also equipped with a warning beacon to inform the operator of the lift while the vehicle is being lowered. There is also an emergency switch on the control panel, which will allow you to immediately stop the lift in a dangerous situation.

Long-term durability

Precise execution of components not only translates into a longer life of the lift, but also guarantees better comfort of work. The special design of the electromagnetic locks guarantees quiet operation of the lift. The high quality of the materials used is a guarantee of reliable use of the lift for many years. All our lifts are equipped with reliable and trouble-free aluminum pumps. Mechanical elements (chain, actuator, slides, ropes) are secured with special grilles, mounted on the inside of each column.

Documents to UDT

All Techwar lifts have a valid CE certificate issued by a notified body in the European Union and meet the necessary requirements for registration with the Office of Technical Inspection. Together with the lift you receive two copies of the technical documentation. To submit the lift, construction documents, electrical documents and assembly protocol contained in the lift documentation are necessary.

Service

The condition of the guarantee is the installation by an authorized installer and regular maintenance. Mobile service performs all warranty repairs at the customer, in the place where the lift is installed. Thanks to this, our customers have full control over the course of repair or inspection, and above all, they do not waste time on disassembly, sending and reassembly of repaired or replaced components. We have all standardized parts for our lifts, consumables (lines, slides, rubber elements), as well as mechanical, hydraulic and electrical components.

Preparation of the substrate

Basic requirements for the preparation of the substrate for the installation of a two-column lift:

Minimum ground dimensions: length – 4000mm, width – 1000mm, depth – 300mm

The surface on which the lift will be placed should be homogeneous and flat.

Permissible level difference up to 1cm by 4m
