KD1915 is a stationary workshop device combining the charging function of lead-acid batteries with the emergency engine start function. It supports 12V and 24V installations, and the battery capacity range from 20 to 600Ah allows you to work with both passenger vehicles, as well as trucks or agricultural machinery.

Start-up function 250A

The starting current of 250A allows combustion engines to start when the battery is too discharged to start the vehicle on its own. The function works both in 12V installations (passenger cars, vans) and 24V (trucks, buses, construction machinery).

Wide range of supported batteries

With support for batteries from 20Ah to 600Ah, the device is compatible with a wide range of vehicles, from motorcycles and passenger cars to commercial vehicles and work machines. Before connecting, make sure that the nominal voltage of the battery (12V or 24V) matches the selected operating mode of the device.

LCD display with parameter monitoring

The LCD display presents the current parameters of the charging process in real time. This allows you to control the charging progress without the need for additional meters, which is especially useful in workshop conditions when operating multiple vehicles.

Security and mobility

Built-in overload and reverse polarity protection protects both the device and the connected battery from damage in case of incorrect connection. The steel housing with handle and castors makes it easy to move the device with a weight of 19,6 kg within the workshop.

Use and maintenance

Before connecting the battery, make sure that the selected voltage mode (12V or 24V) corresponds to the nominal voltage of the battery. Clamps should be connected with the device turned off – first the positive pole (red), then the negative pole (black). Reverse polarity protection provides additional protection, but does not replace the correct connection procedure.

The device is designed for use in rooms or covered positions. The castors and handle allow the rectifier to move freely between workstations. After completion of work, cables with clamps should be disconnected and stored so that the clamps do not come into contact with each other.
