Accidents, collisions and unpleasant drivers on the road. It is often the everyday life of everyone who has a driving license and drives a car. The Forever car camera comes to the rescue, thanks to which nothing will escape on the road during the ride, and sometimes it will save unnecessary nerves. This device may be necessary for every driver. Mount the camera on the windshield, and it will record your ride in Full HD resolution, take a picture, and in the event of a collision, it will trigger a G sensor that will record the image. The camera also records in a loop, detects movement and has a parking mode.

The camera is equipped with four buttons (POWER button, up button, down button and M button). In addition, it has a RESET button, space for a micro SD card, a status diode. The Forever dash cam display is 2,2”. It is not the largest, but it is quite sufficient.

The device has three basic operating modes:

· Video mode – used to make video recordings

· Photo mode – used to take photos

· Preview mode – used to preview video and photos

And also advanced operating modes, more specifically:

- Motion Detection – When this feature is enabled in the settings menu, the device automatically starts recording video when motion is detected in the camera’s field of view. Parking mode (parking monitoring) – when this function is enabled in the settings menu, the camera goes into standby mode when turned off, in which it turns on recording if it detects movement (e.g. rocking) car.

- G-Sensor – when this function is enabled in the settings menu, it automatically starts recording video when sudden changes in the acceleration of the car are detected.

- Memory mode - allows you to use the device with the memory card installed as from storage

- Camera mode - allows you to use the device as a webcam

There are many functions and settings in the car camera. Video resolution selection is available for 1080p, 720p, VGA. As for the photos, the available formats are: 12M, 10M, 8M, 5M, 3M, 2M, 1M. Recording time can be divided into segments of one, two, three or five minutes. The device detects movement, which in practice means that it turns on and off the video recording function when motion is detected. It is possible to choose the white balance: auto, sunlight, clouds, light bulb, fluorescence and even sharpness (high, normal, mild). The camera turns off automatically after inactivity: three, five and ten minutes. In contrast, auto shutdown turns on the auto shutdown function after a certain period of inactivity: one or three minutes.

In addition, the Forever car camera has the function of time, date, language selection, memory card formatting and software version selection, and thanks to the RESET button restores factory settings. The power supply is 5 V ⎓ 0.5 A and a micro-USB connector is supported.
