➡ Ondra H8 uses the sensor GC4653 known for its premium cameras. It has sensitivity and optics consisting of 6 glass elements. H.265 encoding guarantees high data compression while maintaining detail – such as license plates or road signs – remain legible even in low light conditions.

➡ Advanced WDR correction equalizes the exposure between the light and dark areas of the frame so that the material is ready for analysis without additional processing.

The Ondra H8 video recorder has a high-sensitivity GPS module antenna. Each recording includes a stamp of location, speed, and time - which adds to the evidentiary value of disputes with the insurer.

➡ The built-in overload sensor immediately “freezes” the recording when it detects sudden braking, collision or uneven contact with the surface. Such a file goes into a separate folder and will not be overwritten in loop mode.

➡ At the same time, the efficient H.265 codec compresses the image about 40% more effectively than the previous generation, so the 128GB card holds more than 8 hours of 4 K material – without loss of quality and without the need to constantly clean the memory.

➡ The recorder operates in recording mode in the loop – when the memory card is full, the oldest, unprotected files are automatically overwritten by new recordings. Thanks to this, the device works continuously without the need to manually remove the material. Recordings secured by the G-Sensor remain intact.
