How to use VitalCheck PRO?

Prepare to measure:

Remove the tight clothing from the shoulder on which you will measure. Sit comfortably on a chair with your feet flat on the floor. Relax your arm and place it on the table so that the cuff is at heart level. Rest your elbow on the table and turn your hand up.

Put on the cuff:

Put your left arm through the cuff loop. The bottom of the cuff should be about 1-2 cm (thickness of the index or middle finger) above the elbow. The cuff closure should be in the middle of the arm, and the tube should run along the inside of the arm in line with the middle finger. Adjust the cuff so that it is fastened tight, but not too tight. Under the lower edge of the cuff should fit two fingers, but no more. Make sure that the air duct is not bent and you do not rest your elbow on it.

Start the measurement:

Press the Start button. The device will automatically inflate the cuff, take a measurement (including detecting atrial fibrillation) and display the results on the screen. When measuring, do not move or speak.
