The Pempa BP80 automatic blood pressure monitor is an electronic apparatus for measuring blood pressure at home. The device measures blood pressure and heart rate and signals possible cardiac arrhythmia and elevated values.

Method of use
Put the cuff on the shoulder according to the instructions so that it is at heart level and adheres tightly to the skin. Sit back, rest your back, relax your hand and stay still. Turn on the device and start the measurement with the start button, then wait until the test is complete. Read the result from the display and repeat the measurement after a short break if necessary.
