Step 1: Put the cuff on the shoulder, 2 to 3 cm above the bend of the elbow, point the cord down.
Step 2: Sit back, rest your arm at heart level and rest for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Press the Start button and stay still until the measurement is complete, then read the result.
Recommendation: Measure pressure at a fixed time, avoid caffeine, exercise and smoking at least 30 minutes before measuring. Do not put a cuff on your clothes.
