While most in-ear systems use multi-transducer solutions from hearing aids, the IE 100 PRO uses a single next-generation dynamic transducer. As it turns out, the frequency response does not have to be divided into sections, so that as a whole it remains harmonious. The transducer provides a “well rounded” sound, with the frequency response significantly extended. There is no distortion, because the special diaphragm - unlike the design of multi-way drivers - easily resonates, even at maximum sound levels. In this way, phase problems and dissonance in the inner ear are also excluded.
