Efficient and rational configuration of transducers

ZERO is based on a configuration with a dual dynamic transducer with a diameter of 10 mm and 7,8 mm, respectively. ZERO offers a smooth, soft and detailed sound thanks to the mature structure of the internal magnetic circuit cooperating with the LCP polyurethane dome membrane with flexible polyurethane suspension.

The dynamic transducer with a diameter of 7,8 mm responsible for medium and high frequencies uses the ultra-thin CCAW vibrating coil, which uses the lightness of the vibration system, so that the sensitivity of high frequencies is effectively improved, the response is smoother, resulting in clean and gentle high tones. In turn, the dynamic 10 mm transducer responsible for low frequencies uses a special weighted vibrating coil, which reduces the natural resonant frequency for accurate frequency division and provides ZERO full and energetic low registers.

Accurate hybrid dual frequency division

Based on the precise DLP-3D printing technology, the acoustic design of the filtering nozzle as well as the precisely calculated RC frequency division create a hybrid dual frequency division, which makes the two dynamic transducers work accordingly, offering a result closer to the design goal of objective indicators.

Excellent objective indicators

ZERO has adequate low frequency amplification as well as frequency response according to HRTF characteristics, which makes the headphones have an objective indicator comparable to professional monitoring headphones, and at the same time nie are as cold and rigid as ordinary monitoring headphones, and their overall color is natural and full of atmosphere.

Another important objective factor for headphones with multiple drivers is the phase. The headphone housing was created in the process of 3D DLP printing made by HeyGears. It was made of high transparency medical grade resin and subjected to an internal dyeing process. It ensures the accuracy and efficiency of printing and the implementation of a delicate acoustic nozzle structure that is difficult to obtain in a traditional process. In addition, the case is characterized by low weight and skin-friendly finish.

Closing process of forming by gluing

The entire ZERO cavity has a multi-layer design (front cavity, decorative panel and glue drain cap). ZERO is closed in the bonding process, cured and shaped under the influence of ultraviolet, and then processed by manual polishing and spraying of varnish, which ensures a beautiful appearance, while effectively strengthening the hardness obtained by closing with glue.
