Audiophile planar headphones with open design

In 2023, the HE1000 HiFiMAN added Stealth magnets to the model, the sound profile became much more natural, with compact bass and very spatial imaging. The addition of Stealth magnets means less kinking of the transducer edges. The headphones have gained freedom of transmission and even greater reproduction possibilities, even greater precision and even greater variety of sound.

The ear cups now have a polyester surface for long listening sessions, and the small angle of the ear cups allows for better location and front imaging. Moreover, the whole housing is now made of aluminum, not a combination of anodized steel and aluminum as in the previous model.

Planar has remained the same - it has a thickness in the nanometer range and uses the patented Window Shade grill to protect the transducer. The membrane used is so thin that if you look at it from the side, it is almost invisible. It is surrounded by an asymmetric magnetic system with relatively large magnets on the ear-facing side and smaller magnets on the ear-facing side. This treatment reduces interference in reproduction and allows for an extremely fast response thanks to the reduced "air congestion" between the membrane and magnets.

The HE1000 V3 Stealth still has an incredibly open yet completely homogeneous sound image. Given the powerful drive, this is a headphone capable of playing even the darkest bass with perfect precision.

The new HE1000 V3 Stealth comes in a box that clearly shows a reference to Stealth magnets, and two headphone cables are included.
