The beneficial effect is obtained with a total intake of 4 g of carbohydrates per kg of body weight, in doses taken within the first 4 hours after very intense or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle, and no later than 6 hours after such exercise. How to use Carborade FA 1000g:

Dissolve ~1 scoop of powder (30 g) in 300-350 ml of water. Drink 2-3 servings a day (before, during and/or after exercise). NOTE!!! Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. The product must not be used by people who are allergic to any of its ingredients. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a dry place at room temperature in tightly closed packages. WARNING!!!
