FitMax® Carbo - is a carbohydrate concentrate for drinking, created for people who need increased energy levels, burdened with high physical effort in all kinds of strength and endurance sports. A mixture of complex carbohydrates (maltodextrin, 90% carbohydrates) and simple sugars (fructose, 10% carbohydrates) ensures a constant supply of energy and glycogen supplementation in the muscles.

The vitamin-mineral supplement provides control of water and electrolyte management during physical exertion, as well as supplements with the most important minerals and vitamins for the athlete. The preparation should be used in individual doses, depending on the body weight of the person using the preparation. The best time to use FitMax® CARBO is the period after training, when we need to provide 0.5g - 1.0g of carbohydrates per 1 kg of body weight.

To create an isotonic drink 1 serving (35g) dissolved in 500 ml of water - 1 tablespoon is about 10 g of the preparation.
