BioTechUSA Carbox is a powdered supplement that provides an complex of five different carbohydrates. It was developed for physically active people who need an additional source of energy before, during and after exercise. The combination of carbohydrates with different absorption times allows for gradual fuel delivery during short, intense exercises and long-term activities.

Carbox BioTechUSA contains five different sources of carbohydrates: maltodextrin, dextrose, sucrose, fructose and cornstarch. Each of these ingredients is characterized by a different rate of use by the body, which allows a more balanced supply of energy during exercise.

BioTechUSA Carbox has been prepared for people who regularly practice strength and endurance sports and perform intense workouts. It will work especially well for athletes who need an additional dose of carbohydrates during prolonged exercise.

The product will be suitable for people who want to compose their own supplementation. It can be combined, among others, with creatine used before training, amino acids taken during exercise or protein supplement after the end of activity.

How does the carbohydrate complex in BioTechUSA Carbox work?

Carbohydrates play an important role as a source of energy used during physical exertion. Carbox contains five types of sugars, which differ in the way they digest and the rate at which energy is delivered to the body.

The combination of ingredients such as maltodextrin, dextrose, sucrose, fructose and maize starch creates a multi-component formula that allows you to gradually replenish carbohydrates during activity.

BioTechUSA Carbox after training – support for energy recovery

After intense or prolonged physical exercise, the body needs to replenish the muscle glycogen stores used. Carbohydrates contained in Carbox help support the regeneration of normal muscle function, including their ability to contract, after training causing a reduction in energy reserves.

A positive effect can be achieved by consuming 4 g of carbohydrates per kilogram of body weight from any source within the first 4 hours, but no later than 6 hours after the end of intense and/or prolonged exercise.

Method of use

Mix 1 serving (50 g = approx. 1 heaping scoop = approx. 3 heaping tablespoons) of the product with 300 ml of water, preferably using a shaker. It is best to consume one serving before or during training.
