METHOD OF USE
- open the package just before use – after contact with air, the heat cells will start to heat up (approx. 30 minutes to full temperature)
- remove the protective film, exposing the four adhesive wings. Avoid touching the adhesive surface
- apply the patch with an adhesive side to clean, dry skin at the site of pain (shoulders, spine, upper back)
- glue the top first, then the bottom wings, pressing lightly for a stable adhesion.
- The patch can also be used on other areas of the back as a convenient alternative to traditional warming wrap
- the risk of skin burns increases with age, people aged 55 years or older should consider putting a ThermaCare belt on the layer of clothing so that the compress does not adhere directly to the surface of the skin
