Dietary supplement Olimp Amino EAA Xplode Powder® by Olimp Sport Nutrition is intended for adults, especially athletes, especially in the peri-workout period and for people who are slimming or burdened with the risk of deficiency of essential amino acids.

On training days: 1 serving 2 times a day – before a meal or workout and after training; on non-workout days: 1 serving once a day – as a supplement to the diet with a meal. Dissolve 1 serving (13 g powder = 1½ scoop) in 150 ml of water. Consume immediately after preparation.

Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Acceptable sludge formation not affecting the quality of the product.
