EAAmino Human Protect is a comprehensive formula of essential amino acids (EAA) and supporting active ingredients, created for athletes and physically active people. Recommended daily intake:

Dissolve 1 serving - 15 g (1 scoop) in 400 ml of water and consume immediately after mixing. Consume 1 time a day, during or after physical activity.
