Instant BCAA 53,1% (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine,emulsifier: lecithin); bulking agent (cellulose gel);coating [stabilizers (a copolymer vaccinated with polyvinyl alcohol and polyethylene glycol,polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)), anti-caking agents (talk,mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids)], anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids; silicon dioxide); pyridoxine hydrochloride.

Possible presence of milk, eggs, gluten, soy, crustaceans, sulphur dioxide and nuts.

Method of use

The recommended portion for consumption during the day necessary to obtain a beneficial effect: Take 4 tablets a day. On workout days, take 2 tablets 30 minutes before your workout and 2 tablets immediately after your workout. On rest days, take 2x2 tablets between meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
