GLYCINE . Dietary supplement. Glycine-based powder product with added vitamin B6. Vitamin B6 helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system and in maintaining normal psychological functions.
In addition, vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Ingredients: glycine, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
The product may contain: milk, soya, cereals containing gluten, fish and peanuts.
Usage: Mix 1 scoop of powder (1 g) with 100-150 ml of water or juice. Consume 1 serving per day, preferably 30 minutes before a meal. The portion of the product recommended for consumption during the day is 1 g. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
Warning: Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients of the product. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use in children, pregnant or lactating women. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
