BCAA are branched chain amino acids with a branched side aliphatic chain. In the group of protein amino acids they are: leucine, isoleucine and valine. Leucine is also necessary for the alanine-glucose cycle, which is why it also has ergogenic properties in addition to its building properties. During physical exercise, BCAA metabolism, unlike other proteogenic amino acids, begins in the muscle cell, not in the liver.

Adding to this the fact that the half-life of L-leucine in the human body is only 45 minutes, maintaining constant BCAA supplementation becomes much more important.

Recommended portioning:

1-2 servings a day – before a meal or workout and after training or before bedtime. Dissolve 1 serving (5 g powder = 1 scoop) in 250 ml of water*. Consume immediately after preparation.
