BCAA Plus is a supplement to the diet of athletes. Branched carbon chain amino acids ( L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine ), commonly called BCAAs , belong to the group of exogenous amino acids, i.e. those that are not synthesized by the human body, so they must be supplied in supplementation or food.

BCAA Plus from IRON HORSE is a high-quality dietary supplement that provides comprehensive regeneration for your muscles. The composition has been enriched m.in. o beta alanine, or B vitamins responsible for the proper functioning of the muscles .

The conditioner has been enriched with additional amino acids . Among them are: beta-alanine and histidine (they are the main components of carnosine, which protects against the reduction of exercise capacity, resulting from lowering the pH m.in. due to the increased production of lactic acid); tyrosine (a precursor of the most important neurotransmitters, helps to reduce fatigue, it may also contribute to the recruitment of more muscle fibers during training); the acetylated form of the L-carnitine amino acid, i.e. ALCAR (supports the work of mitochondria, thanks to which it promotes a high level of energy with additional antioxidant and procognitive potential).

The product contains magnesium, thiamine and key B vitamins. Compounds such as vitamin B6 and B12 are necessary for the proper functioning of the body - m.in. they condition the functioning of the nervous and muscular systems, and support energy metabolism. People exposed to excessive exercise usually need more of them, and they rarely manage to fully cover it with food alone.
