R2G EAA is a set of essential amino acids (external, essential) in powder form, consisting of 9 amino acids with different functions that they perform in the body, starting from the effect on organ functioning (e.g. livers), immunity or protein structure after raising the pain threshold and improving sleep. These include lysine, methionine, leucine, phenylalanine, isoleucine, tryptophan, threonine, valine and histidine. Therefore, there are also branched chain amino acids (BCAA - leucine, valine, isoleucine), which are also a very popular, separate amino acid product.
