BCAA SPORT is a dietary supplement that contains branched chain amino acids with taurine, L-tyrosine and vitamin B6.
BCAA SPORT is a complex of 3 branched chain amino acids (BCAA: leucine, isoleucine, valine), which build muscle structure and are involved in the energy of aerobic processes (glucose-alanine cycle). Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Method of Use:
- A single serving of the product – 3 capsules – drink 300 ml of water. Use 3 servings per day.
- On training days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion 30 minutes before training, III portion immediately after training.
- On non-workout days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion between meals, III portion before bedtime.
