Solgar L-Lysine is a dietary supplement supplementing the daily diet with an essential amino acid – lysine. It is especially recommended for people using plant-based diets, in which proteins can be low in lysine, e.g. in cereals. Lysine supports the proper functioning of the nervous system, skin health, calcium metabolism and growth hormone production. The supplement comes in the form of vegetarian capsules.

Recommended use
