This essential amino acid is essential for the synthesis of important proteins. It lowers the level of fats in the blood (triglycerides). L-lysine helps in combating herpes labialis, especially herpes labialis. In general, this amino acid has antiviral effects. Lysine deficiency leads to weakness, loss of concentration, nervousness, anemia and chronic fatigue. Lysine deficiency is manifested by bleeding from the eyes, hair loss (in children) and insufficient growth. Because it increases muscle protein production, athletes should take lysine after injuries and/or surgery.

Content of 2 tablets: L-lysine hydrochloride 1000 mg; emulsifier: vegetable cellulose; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate; antifoaming agent: vegetable stearic acid.
