SMART CHARGER 7 is an inverter, intelligent and portable rectifier for 6 and 12 volt acid, gel, AGM, MF and EFB batteries with free electrolyte flow, designed for motor vehicles (petrol and diesel), motorcycles, motor boats, etc.

Automatic shutdown when the required voltage is reached on the battery and automatic resumption of charging after the voltage drops on the battery.

The 7-step charging process ensures optimal battery charging conditions. The automatic control system will adjust each of the 7 charging stages to properly charge the battery:

STAGE 1 - diagnostics - analyzes the battery and checks whether it can accept charging current, prevents charging the damaged battery

STAGE 2 - pre-charging - low voltage batteries are pre-charged with low current, this ensures longer battery life

STAGE 3 - soft start - rectifier gradually increases the charging current from reaching full charging current

STAGE 4 - CC1, CC2, CC3 (Constant Current) - fast charging. Charging current is set automatically depending on the state of charge of the battery

STAGE 5 - CV (Constant Voltage - constant voltage charging) - charging to a voltage of 14.6V. Designed to charge batteries almost fully charged. Will finish charging the battery when reaching 14.6V

STAGE 6 - Resting - completion of the charging process when the battery is fully charged

STAGE 7 - Restoring - automatic monitoring of the battery.

The charging process will resume after the voltage drops on the battery below 12.8V (for 12V batteries). The rectifier will restart the charging process starting from step 1.

Rectifiers have a microprocessor control system, LEDs indicating the operating status of the rectifier:

6/12 V charging voltage SELECT switch depending on the rated voltage of the battery 2A - 6V and 4A - 12V

LED Power - signals the connection of the rectifier to the mains

LED Charging - signals the charging stage of the battery

LED Charged - signals the end of charging

Error LED - signals battery connection error, lack of battery recognition or incorrect selection of charging voltage.

Depending on the choice of functions, the digital display may indicate:

V - battery voltage

A - charging current supplied by the rectifier to the battery. The display will return after 5 seconds to display the battery voltage

% - the degree of charge of the battery. The display will return after 5 seconds to display the battery voltage.

The rectifier housing has a protection rating of IP 65 (splash-proof and dustproof). SMART CHARGER 7 is equipped with protection: thermal, against the formation of sparks at the pole terminals, against short circuit poles, overload and reverse polarity.

The device is equipped with a power plug.
