5 RESISTANCE EXERCISE RUBBERS TRAINING TAPES SET
Our exercise tapes are made of high-quality rubber, which ensures their durability and multifunctionality. They have ergonomic and durable rubber handles, are easy to clean and have a non-slip structure, increasing grip and safety to the overhead structure that will withstand the user's weight, e.g. door frames.
Tapes can easily fit into your purse and take with you to the park for exercise.
They have a length of 1350mm, which allows for a large range of motion. 5 resistance levels allow you to choose the tape for a given type of exercise and user capabilities and gradually increase resistance with different exercises. The tapes are ideal not only for upper body exercises, but also for lower body muscles and the whole body in general.
They are a great choice for people who want to exercise in the comfort of their own home and involve the whole family.
The offered set is equipped with up to 5 rubber with different loads:
- black 18.12 kg
- green 11.3 kg
- blue 13.60 kg
- red 9 kg
- yellow 15.90 kg
The given resistance for each color is only approximate, in fact it may vary slightly.
