3D convex stickers are a great way to display your logo. The colorful sign embedded in the aesthetic polyurethane resin coating is not only durable, but also looks great. 3D stickers can be used as an effective finish of the keychain, they can be applied to household appliances and electronics, mobile phones, car components and many other places, the limitation is only imagination. Due to the high durability of the cover, the stickers are resistant to sunlight, moisture, high and low temperature. The stickers we produce are printed in eco mild solvent technology. Stickers are delivered to you in sheets, it is possible to make perforations between stickers (additionally paid) so that they are easy to separate from each other. Most stickers are delivered on 238 x 350 mm sheets, however, the size of the sheet can change and be adapted to the input and format of the order. Sheets with stickers are packed "flat" in solid cardboard packaging.

Monomeric film FLASH

White, self-adhesive, soft PVC film with a thickness of 100 μm, equipped with transparent acrylic adhesive, permanent. It is used for short and medium term outdoor advertising. Flash finish.

Polyurethane resin

Polyurethane resin covering the stickers, creates a soft lenticular coating that protects the sticker well from moisture and is highly resistant to mechanical damage. The cover is about 2 mm thick and is closely related to the printed substrate.

4+0 eco mild solvent

Printing in eco mild solvent technology is characterized by very high quality and good durability. Special ECO inks are eco-friendly and harmless to health. In this auction you get one selected set of stickers in the amount of 100 pieces:

Stickers are printed one-sided on white self-adhesive foil.

Printing 4+0 CMYK The print is cut using a plotter in the desired kształcie.Następnie is coated with a transparent resin. Due to the physical properties of the resin, the design must not contain sharp corners - all corners must be rounded.

The printable design prepared in CMYK color and 300 dpi resolution is placed on the first page. On the other side, place a vector contour constituting the cutting line of our sticker.

The thickness of the line should be set to the hair size (0,001mm). The drops from the cutting line should be 2mm. Total total paint coverage 350%

Note: when applied, the resin may reflect the color of the print like a lens and discolour the white obszary.Szczególnie with red, white elements may appear pink.

Files should be prepared in vector graphics program(CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator).

On one layer (called PRINT) should be placed all the elements constituting the composition of the project. The printed object should be enlarged in each direction by 2 mm in relation to the final dimension (cutting line). Printed elements are prepared in the same way as standard print files. As a reminder, the basic guidelines are: - all texts should be converted into curves - if there are bitmaps in the work, then they should be properly saved in (TIF, 300 dpi, scale 1:1, CMYK colors, 8-bit per color) - the work must be prepared in CMYK color mode. On the next, separate layer (called CUTTING) should be applied VECTOR contour constituting the cutting / incision line of our object. The thickness of the cutting line should be set to the HAIR size (0,001mm). The cutting lines should be on the outlines of the cut graphics. A good practice when creating projects is to plan a certain margin of error at the level of 0,5 mm.

In the submitted materials we do not make any corrections, we do not check them in terms of stylistics, spelling, graphic arrangement, etc. We print them in the form in which we receive from the customer.
