Resistance bands are widely used in many areas of sport as well as rehabilitation.
They are perfect for warming up, slimming exercises, strength training, building muscle mass, circuit training, crossfit, they will also be irreplaceable for stretching and rehabilitation.
They are suitable for beginners as well as experienced athletes. Thanks to the 3-level resistance scale, we can adjust the training to our own needs and capabilities, as well as constantly make progress by changing the rubber to a more difficult one, or practicing on 2 or 3 rubbers at the same time.
Using resistance bands, we will perform a wide range of exercises for all parts of the body. Thanks to their small size, we can always have them with us, also when traveling - without having to give up training.
