15L Gas Canning Autoclave – Home Autoclave for Jars

Autoclave A8 is a device for sterilizing jars by pressure method. Designed for heating on gas stoves, tourist burners and other sources of open fire. The total capacity of 15 liters allows you to load different number of jars once, depending on their capacity.

The device is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, resistant to high temperature and corrosion. The tank's design includes thick walls, a bottom, and a reinforced cover. The autoclave operates in the temperature range of 110 to 120°C and the operating pressure of 3,5 atm, enabling full sterilization of the products.

Each unit is pressure tested after welding and after assembly. Autoclave allows you to prepare canned meat, fish, vegetables and fruit preserves.
