Modeling facial muscles does not have to involve the need for cosmetic procedures or surgical intervention. An alternative is regular gymnastics using a set of rubbers for muscle and jaw exercises. The following is the recommended training program

Week 1

Try to do 5 to 10 series every day until the muscle breakdown (that is, until you can no longer do a single repetition more)

Week 2

Increase the number and intensity of the series

Perform 10 to 20 series every day until failure.

Week 3-6

Try to perform 15 to 20 series every day until failure

After the last 5 series you can make a drop set with rubber

We do not recommend using this product before the 6 week pre-workout period of facial muscles

Measurement of results

Before you start exercising, we suggest taking a photo of yourself from the profile and the front of the face. Then after a period of 4-8 weeks of regular exercise with our jaw exercise gums, take a picture again and see if you have made progress.
