Gulf Formula CX 5W-30 is an excellent engine oil for passenger cars, fully compatible with the catalytic converter, made in the "Mid SAPS" technology (oils with reduced content of sulphate ash, phosphorus and sulphur).

It has been developed specifically for the needs of modern high-performance passenger cars, off-road vehicles, vans and trucks with gasoline or diesel engines, requiring oils of the highest quality ACEA C2/C3.

The oil technology provides exceptional exhaust aftertreatment power and wear protection, and minimizes deposits in the engine and turbocharger, resulting in improved engine performance.

The oil meets the latest emissions standards, developed by leading car manufacturers such as Daimler, VW, GM, BMW and PSA.

• The oil is designed to provide exceptional engine performance and protection, while also allowing for fuel efficiency. It is made in the "Mid SAPS" technology, thanks to which it extends the life of exhaust aftertreatment systems in the latest models of passenger cars.
• The low ash content reduces the accumulation of particulate matter in particulate filters.
• Active cleaning additives keep the engine clean and do not allow deposits to accumulate. Very good fluidity at low temperatures allows for good lubrication and protection against wear during cold start.

The oil is intended for:

• all gasoline and diesel engines in Mercedes-Benz and Volkswagen cars that meet European emission standards (Euro 5 and earlier) and need oil made in the “Mid SAPS” technology.
• It is also suitable for vehicles of these brands meeting MB 229.51 and VW 502 00, 505 00 and 505 01 standards, respectively,
• all BMW cars (powered by a petrol and diesel engine), equipped with particulate filters that require BMW Long Life-04 certified oil,
• all General Motors diesel and gasoline cars that need oil with GM DEXOS 2 quality certification, modern passenger cars, SUVs, light commercial vehicles and trucks equipped with both gasoline and diesel engines that require oil of the highest quality class API SN/CF and ACEA C2/C3.
